4-time defending champions Negeri Sembilan, Malacca and Selangor all got off to a flying start with lopsided wins.
The 62nd MABA/MJ Health Agong Cup National Championship tip-off today, Negeri Sembilan defeated PDRM 70-49 in their opening men’s Group A match.
In another Group A match, Selangor won their first game with a 101-21 thrashing of ATM.
In Group B, two former champions came off unscathed, with Malacca, led by ex-national player “Optimus Prime” Chee Li Wei, thrashed Sabah 130-43 in the opening game, while Perak fenced off Penang with a 75-61 win.
